Holaira is not a covered entity under the administrative simplification of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act and its implementing regulations (“HIPAA”). Therefore, although Holaira is concerned about your privacy, it does not have to comply with these confidentiality laws. Please consider the confidentiality implications as you decide whether to give Holaira any Personal Information and what type of Personal Information.

Security of Information

Holaira takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, but does not and cannot guarantee such protection.
